Welcome to Houk’s Ad Manager, an internal business application operated by Houk’s Services LLC.

By accessing or using Houk’s Ad Manager, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Internal Use Only

Houk’s Ad Manager is currently intended solely for use by Houk’s Services LLC and its authorized employees or contractors.

The application is not currently offered, licensed, or available for use by outside businesses or the general public.

Application Purpose

Houk’s Ad Manager is designed to collect, organize, and display business information from connected platforms to assist with advertising analysis, lead tracking, business reporting, financial reporting, and operational decision-making.

Reports and Recommendations

Reports, advertising attribution, profitability calculations, forecasts, recommendations, and other information generated by Houk’s Ad Manager are provided for informational purposes only.

Because information is collected from multiple connected systems, reports and calculations may include estimates and may not always be exact.

Users should independently verify important information before making business or financial decisions.

Business Decisions

Houk’s Services LLC remains solely responsible for reviewing and approving all advertising, marketing, financial, accounting, and business decisions.

Nothing within Houk’s Ad Manager should be interpreted as professional financial, legal, tax, or business advice.

Google Ads

Houk’s Ad Manager currently provides reporting and analysis only.

The application does not currently make automatic live changes to Google Ads campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, advertisements, or other advertising settings.

QuickBooks Integration

The current QuickBooks integration is read-only.

Houk’s Ad Manager does not create, edit, send, void, categorize, or delete QuickBooks customers, invoices, payments, or other accounting transactions unless those capabilities are added in the future and separately authorized.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any portion of Houk’s Ad Manager at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houk’s Services LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of Houk’s Ad Manager or reliance upon reports, estimates, recommendations, or other information generated by the application.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of Houk’s Ad Manager after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
