PRIVACY POLICY

Houk’s Services LLC operates Houk’s Ad Manager, an internal application used to review advertising, leads, calls, jobs, revenue, and business performance.

Information We Access

Houk’s Ad Manager may access:

  • Google Ads campaign and conversion data

  • Google Business Profile performance

  • Google Search Console data

  • Website analytics

  • Customer leads, calls, jobs, invoices, and payments

  • OAuth tokens needed to keep approved integrations connected

  • QuickBooks customers, invoices, invoice balances, payments, payment status, and related financial reporting information

We do not request or store passwords for connected services.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

  • Display advertising and business reports

  • Match advertising activity to leads, jobs, and revenue

  • Identify tracking problems and wasted ad spend

  • Create internal recommendations

  • Calculate revenue, outstanding balances, advertising return, and business performance

  • Maintain secure integrations

  • Diagnose technical issues

Houk’s Ad Manager is currently used only by Houk’s Services LLC and authorized employees or contractors.

Google User Data

Houk’s Ad Manager’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, or shared except as needed to operate the application, provide support, protect security, or comply with the law.

QuickBooks Data

The current QuickBooks integration is read-only. Houk’s Ad Manager does not create, edit, send, void, categorize, or delete QuickBooks transactions unless that functionality is added later and separately authorized.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information or connected-account data.

Information may only be shared with service providers needed to operate the application, connected platforms authorized by the user, or when legally required.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as secure connections, account access controls, restricted database permissions, and encrypted storage for supported OAuth tokens.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, reporting, security, accounting, or legal purposes.

Authorized users may request that integrations be disconnected, tokens deleted, or stored information removed, subject to legal retention requirements.

Google access can also be revoked through the user’s Google Account security settings.
