Houks Services is absolutely awesome. I had contacted several other companies previously for junk pickup and they didn't contact us back. Houks Services called back within two hours. They explained their procedures up front and their pricing information. I agreed to their services and they were here within 24 hours. They were on time and started loading within five minutes of meeting us. They were courteous, professional, and friendly. I cannot remember the names because I am old, but I definitely will keep Houks Services on speed dial. Lastly, they cleaned up the area before leaving. I was highly impressed. AWESOME SERVICE!! THANKS GUYS!!

Houks Services is a great local business run by a great young man, Conner Houks. In moving my dad out of a house he’s lived in for 18 years, we ended up with more clean out than we could manage alone. I reached out to Houks, and Conner went by to look at the property and quoted me a price later that day. We agreed, and my work was scheduled for later that week. Conner and Ryan were prompt, both courteous and professional, and were more than willing to get the job done. They were in and out quickly, but the job was done 💯 to my satisfaction. I recently moved. As you know, anytime you move you’re gonna have a lot of junk when you clean everything out. I have used them several times since living in Pensacola and would never call anyone else. Every time I get an immediate response and quick appointment made. They always show up on time, and keep me informed each step of the way. They are hard working and do an amazing job at a really fair price. Professional, respectful, friendly and respectful of your property. How refreshing it is to find someone with integrity who takes pride in what they do!

I called Houks Services to haul off some junk that remained from a house clean out - Conner gave my a quote using a simple photo of the job and arranged to meet us the next day. They pre-arranged a pick-up time and arrived exactly when they said they would. The guys cleaned up when they finished, and it actually cost less than I thought - very honest and timely!

Conner quickly responded to my request for a quote to remove an above ground pool and demolish the surrounding deck. I sent pictures and he promptly responded with a very fair and reasonable estimate. He was able to have me scheduled for a day & 1/2 later. Conner and his crew of young men were very prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job and left the area very clean. They even helped me with a little extra job without hesitation. We had a large shed that a tree fell on caved the roof in and would cost more to repair than a newer smaller prefab shed. The Houk brothers gave us a fair price to tear it Down and haul it off. The boys were very polite and respectful not to mention hard working. They labored 11 hours on this beast cleaned up the area to perfection. We will certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Connor and his team did not disappoint. Customer service - great communication - they were here on time and did the job in a hour. We had them take away an old metal shed that they ripped up and hauled off. They were all very nice and also funny - so we hired them to come back and pressure wash our house and driveway.
